Can I get a reverse mortgage on my second home? There is no mortgage balance.

It depends on what you mean by "second home." A reverse mortgage requires the borrower to use the mortgaged home as their primary residence. So, if you live at this second home for at least 6 months out of the year, then you are welcome to get a reverse mortgage. If not, then you will not be eligible.
