The good news is that your income doesn't really play a part in taking out a reverse mortgage, as you won't be required to make monthly payments. There are a few basic requirements we look for, which if you meet, means you'll be an ideal candidate for AAG to help. All named persons on the title of your home must be 62 or older, you must occupy the property as your principal residence and you must also have enough value in your home to pay off existing debts and leave enough equity for the coming years. How much we can loan to you depends on the age of the youngest title holder, the appraised value of your home and current interest rates. The best way to see if we can help you, is to call us, we'll be delighted to hear from you.
